Murata Machinery, Ltd. received a letter of appreciation dated 20th December 2006, from the Lenzing Group in Austria a global manufacturer of regenerated fiber. This came about as Samil Spinning Co., Ltd. in Korea developed an innovative thread called “Ecosil” using regenerated fiber produced on a VORTEX spinning machine, this product is highly successful in the market place. In appreciation, Lenzing sent a letter to Samil Spinning Co., Ltd. and Murata Machinery, Ltd. for the innovation and success of Ecosil produced on the VORTEX machine as they can see the potential to expand the usage of regenerated fiber threads in the market place.
